Being a senior doesn’t mean that your life is over, or there is nothing worth living for. There is so much you can do and experience in your senior age. There will be some challenges that you will face, which is quite common. But you still can live a stress free and enjoy these times.

Health has to be your main priority once you reach a certain age. You have to understand that your body has reached a certain stage that is not flexible or as strong as it was before. So do light physical activity that your body doesn’t have to stress like walking, doing yoga, meditation etc.

2.Quit your bad habit

Quitting and adapting a habit whether it’s good or bad is difficult process. While once we all reach at a stage where our body cannot cope up with our old habit we need to bring some new changes. Smoking and alcohol would be a addiction for some of us but when we reach certain age we need to rethink our lifestyle. If we take care of our body it will give you energy to lead a better life.

Nutrition is one of the main aspects you have to take seriously into consideration when you reach at a certain age. You can’t stick to an unhealthy diet anymore, to live a better and healthy life in your old age it is really important to stay on a healthy diet.
